  Slow service, wrong food, waiter forgot our food 3 times. Food tasted great once we finally got it but the wait was LONG and for a 3 year old to wait over an hour for a cheeseburger when it's not busy is crazy

  We have eaten at this restaurant before, and it's usually been okay (not fabulous) but last night the experience was very disappointing. The service was okay, but not great. My daughter and I split a prime rib and the sides and when they brought out our salad they failed to bring out a second plate for us to split. Eventually they got us a second plate. Not a big deal, but when our prime rib arrived, they again failed to bring a second plate. Also not a big deal, but it took about 5 minutes for the second plate, all the while the prime rib was getting cold. But in all honesty, none of that would have really been that big of a deal except that the prime rib was really poor in quality. It was, in fact, probably the most boring, flavorless prime rib that I've ever had. Worse than at cheap buffets! When you're paying $25 a plate for anything, it seems that the quality should be quite a bit better than what we received. My husband's hamburger was also only so-so. You can get a much better burger at McMenamins. We won't be visiting here again. Next time we want a good steak or prime rib, we'll go to Best Little Roadhouse or Roadhouse Grill.
